Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration,
you will receive a refund depending on
the time of your cancellation:

• 4 weeks before event = 100% refund

• 3 weeks before event = 50% refund

• 2 weeks before event = no refunds

We reserve the right to cancel an event
(with a full refund) due to low enrollment
or other factors.

Please note that if paying by check, your
registration will not be confirmed until we
receive your check.
